Philly is bustling right now with new talent and chef Alex Boonphaya has taken notice. He?s put together a stagiaire (French for apprentice and used by chefs to describe an internship) at his resturant Circles to celebrate 4 of Philadelphia?s rising chefs. The chefs will collabrate to create 6 course prix fixe dinners over a series of dates in March and April. The chefs include:
